A small Amsterdam team is changing that. They're rebuilding how regulated firms onboard new clients, today a weeks-long mess of emails, manual checks and chased paperwork. Their platform turns it into something clean that takes days, and quietly keeps bad actors out of the financial system while it's at it.

This is a young, international, deliberately small team and they intend to stay that way. No layers, no committees, no slow drift towards becoming a corporate. You'd report straight to the founder and own real surface area from day one.

Most of what you build is greenfield. You're designing systems, and building something secure and exciting. Whatever you ship is in front of paying customers within days, and the feedback lands in real time!!

What you'll be doing

🔧 Building and owning backend services in Python and FastAPI on GCP (60%)

🔐 Designing secure, reliable systems where data sensitivity genuinely matters

🧩 Turning messy, real-world compliance workflows into clean product logic

🤖 Using AI dev tools to move fast without cutting corners on quality

🎨 Jumping into the React/TypeScript frontend whenever the product needs it (40%)

You'll love this if...

✅ You have strong backend experience with Python, Fast API and ideally GCP

✅ You have experience with JavaScript, Typescript and frameworks such as React
