This is a Founder's Associate role at an early-stage Dutch AI company doing something with genuine social impact - their platform helps people who've lost their jobs find meaningful work faster, and frees up the coaches guiding them to focus on the human side of the process.
The founders close the deals. You own everything that comes after.
That means customer success, client onboarding, product feedback loops, CRM, BD support, and whatever else needs doing to keep the company moving. At a corporate, this responsibility takes seven years to earn. Here, it's yours from week one.

What you'll be doing:
🤝 Leading customer success end-to-end - from pilot onboarding through to long-term contract conversion
🔁 Turning client and user insight into clear product feedback for the dev team
📞 Approaching leads, running demos, and supporting business development
🛠️ Building the processes that don't exist yet - CRM, workflows, the lot
📊 Owning the data and overview that the founders navigate by
🗣️ Being the commercial and operational engine of the business
