We’re hiring a Clinical Data Scientist for a privacy-first health tech building AI that helps hospitals and research teams identify eligible patients for clinical trials and precision care faster. In plain English - you’ll help turn real clinical workflows and messy healthcare data into reliable, structured logic so the right patients get matched to the right opportunities sooner.

This product sits behind the scenes turning everyday clinical information (including free text) into clear, usable signals. You’ll work closely with clinicians and engineers to define cohorts, translate clinical reality into machine-readable rules, and raise the quality bar on how clinical logic is captured.

What we’re looking for...

✅ Degree educated in a clinical, biomedical, or data-driven field (or similar)

✅ Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data

✅ Comfortable collaborating across clinicians, engineers, and data scientists

✅ English + at least B1 Dutch speaking proficiency
